FUJITSU ENTERPRISE PRODUCT SUPPORT AND SERVICES

Fujitsu: Further to their existing three years service authorization for desktops and laptops, Fujitsu added Enterprise Server and Storage products. Redington will extend Service support to Fujitsu customers across the country.

AVAYA ENGAGEMENT

Avaya appointed Redington Services as National JSD support Partner. This Authorization enables Redington Service to provide installation, 24x7 onsite Support and remote Support to Avaya Voice and data products.

BLACKBERRY SERVICE

Redington Service started extending support to Blackberry customers at 22 locations through Redington’s service centres across India. Also customers can contact through dedicated toll free number (1800 4253720) or email (blackberrysupport@redington.co.in) to get on-line support for any application and warranty related queries. Service for Blackberry will be enabled at some more locations in the next three months.

RIM SERVICES ROLLOUT

Redington Service started their Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) Services by providing support to their enterprise customers remotely from their new NOC (Network Operations Centre) at Chennai. The support includes remote monitoring, remote diagnostics and remote resolution. If the problem pertains to hardware the same will be transferred, on-line, to corresponding Redington Service Centre for resolution.
