Smart and mobile phone support

We are one of the very early service providers of mobile phones and smart phones. Mobile support is a separate vertical in Redington Service, since the mobile support dynamics are different from IT services. Today we extend our services at more than 250 locations, through network of our own and  partner owned service centres.

Logistics and local stocking are the key to deliver faster service. MSL for fast moving parts at service centre is planned using our Spare Parts Management System (SPMS). Our inventory planning team does periodic replenishment of stocks and ensure parts availability at service centres.

Defective collections are monitored and managed by dedicated Reverse Logistics Team.

Regular training and New Product Introduction (NPI) support instructions are provided to support team, in line with Product launches.

Exclusive Smart Phone service centres have been set up at prime locations in all major cities, with good ambience and amenities.

We extend call centre support for product queries, technical support, warranty validation and support guidance, for select brands.
