The warranty services include Call Centre support, importing and re-exporting of spare parts, warehousing, forward and reverse logistics, return to bench and on-site support across the country, back end validation (NTF or NDF) and high level repairs.

Products and Services
REDINGTON provides Level 1 to Level 4 services for Printers, Plotters, Scanners Desktops, Notebooks, Servers, Routers, Switches, and Storage devices, EPABX & Contact Centre Switches, Mobiles, FWP and FWT.
High-level repairs are extended to motherboards, mobiles and LCD panels through state of the repair facilities with automatic BGA de-soldering stations, RF Testers, Class 100/1000 clean rooms, vendor specific test and repair tools and testing zigs.
